"La Dolce Vita" is not only the title of one of the most renowned
Italian films worldwide, but also the name of the long-awaited new
Italian consumer event for the UK market which will take place this
April in the heart of London.
This exciting event, sponsored by Alfa Romeo, will showcase the very
best of all things Italian to a sophisticated audience passionate about
Italy and its lifestyle.
For 3 days the venue will take on an amazing transformation to replicate
Italy with its diverse regions, stylish people, stunning piazzas and its
much loved café culture. La Dolce Vita will take the visitor on a
pleasurable journey through this truly captivating country.
Separated into different areas the show ensures visitors will get access
to the very best of each sector: "Galleria Italiana" will be an overview
of the best in Italian style and design, "Il Villaggio" will offer
seminars and advice on how to buy property in Italy, and the
"Buongustaio theatre" where budding gastronomes can benefit from
demonstrations given by well renowned chefs including Giorgio Locatelli,
Aldo Zilli and Jose Graziosi, the head chef at Rick Stein's Seafood
Restaurant Padstow.
The very first Italian Jazz Festival will focus on cutting edge
musicians of the Italian global Jazz scene. Grammy nominated Jazz
pianist and composer John Serry will be headlining the festival, along
with respected jazz names, fellow composer Marco Zurzolo and jazz
recording artist Marco Tamburini.
