| Masterpieces with an ancient flair born again in a new shape in a little workshop amid the Tuscan hills |
Mauro Bandinelli, a master goldsmith, works in his workshop in the heart of the Chianti region making jewelry artwork designed and executed with meticulous care. A work that is a constant source of satisfaction for this master goldsmith, the fruit of his lengthy studies at Florence's Art School and of his commitment to technical perfection.
In his workshop called "Arte Orafa", in the heart of the Chianti region, Mauro Bandinelli engraves the history of this ancient land on precious metals. Each masterpiece is the fruit of manual dexterity and research work on Chianti's art history to capture the soul of this land and transfer it to his works of art.
This is how the reproductions of Vasari's "Allegory of Chianti", Caravaggio's "Bacchus" and Michelangelo's "Tondo Doni" were born, but also ancient coats of arms and seals, precious executions born of established techniques and his own taste with an eye for the customs of our time. One of the most valuable works of the Master is "Graf?", a handmade fountain pen in finely chiseled sterling silver and gold. Specially created for the lovers of valuable beauty and personalized to match the client's personal taste, this masterpiece gathers in it a superb combination of tradition, technique and design, enhanced by the sublime craft of Master Goldsmith Bandinelli.
"Graf?", from the greek word meaning "something drawn or written" is a precious fountain pen made out of a silver blank 16 mm wide and decorated with gold and diamonds. It can be custom made to fit one's own personal taste and comes in a beautiful case made of premium quality leather. Limited edition of 99 pieces.
